Acta Ludica does not accept plagiarism. Any text, or data, from other authors, or even from the same authors of the submission, must be clearly attributed and referenced, even when translated from original sources in other languages. It is important to note that plagiarism goes beyond merely copying another's text; paraphrases may also be plagiarism.

When directly using works from other authors — such as images — the autorship credit must be given, together with the terms of the licensing by the original author. Since all published material in Acta Ludica is covered by the Creative Commons license (see below), the licensing in such works may not be more restrictive than ours.

The copyright of submitted works belongs to their authors, per the terms of Creative Commons – Attribution Non-Commercial CC BY-N license, available at https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/deed.en.
